Lately it feels like every time I turn around somebody is complaining about the dynamics of dating. I don't know why, but it always seems to be about this time of year that everyone around me wants to become attached. My phone tends to ring constantly with one friend after another seeking advice on their situation.

The band An Dochas played with the Coeur d'Alene Symphony in Schuler Auditorium on Jan. 27. Concertgoers also came to hear The Fountains of Rome and listen as Leslie Norris Stratton played the harp.
David Demand, conductor, began the night with a bit of information: "Did you know there are more fountains in Kansas City than in Rome?"
The Fountains of Rome concert included "Fountain of Valle Giulia At Dawn," "Triton Fountain At Morn," "Fountain Of Trevi At Mid-Day" and "Villa Medici Fountain at Sunset.
